Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These terms and conditions govern the use of the pide.bar platform (hereinafter, "the Platform"), a digital menu creation and management service for restaurants.

By using our platform, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

pide.bar offers:

  • Creation of customizable digital menus.
  • QR code generation for menu access.
  • Order management system.
  • Restaurant administration tools.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Not publish false, defamatory, or offensive content.
  • Respect third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users' data.
  • Not use the platform to distribute malware or spam.

5. User Content

You are responsible for content you publish on the platform (menus, images, descriptions). You grant us a non-exclusive license to display such content within our services.

We reserve the right to remove content we deem inappropriate or that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The pide.bar platform, including its design, code, logos, and original content, is protected by intellectual property rights.

Copying, modifying, distributing, or using any element of the platform without express authorization is not permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses.
  • Data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Actions of third parties using the platform.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

pide.bar offers free and paid plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual), unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Payment method: Payment is processed through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges to the payment method provided.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
  • Refunds: As a general rule, we do not issue refunds for already-billed periods. In exceptional cases, you may contact us at contacto@pide.bar.
  • Payment failure: In case of a failed charge, we will attempt the charge up to 3 times. If payment is not completed, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

9. Pricing and Plan Changes

We reserve the right to modify prices, plans, features, and limits of the service, including:

  • Adjusting prices of existing plans.
  • Adding, modifying, or removing features from any plan.
  • Introducing new fees or charges.
  • Modifying usage limits (restaurants, items, etc.).

For paid users, pricing changes will take effect at the next renewal. We will notify you by email and/or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before renewal.

We do not guarantee the maintenance of previous prices, features, or conditions ("grandfathering") unless expressly stated.

10. Trial Period

When you create an account, you may receive a free trial with Pro plan features. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically revert to the free plan, unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. For material changes affecting paid users, we will provide reasonable notice when possible.

12. Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or limit accounts that make abusive use of the service, including but not limited to: excessive automation, intentional system overload, or use of the service for purposes other than restaurant menu management.

13. Terms Modifications

We may update these terms occasionally. Changes will take effect once published on this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your account.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from these terms, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain.
